Corinna used to be a Marketing Research Manager. She experienced physical and mental discomfort in this fast-paced job and began to find ways to relieve the stress. On her first yoga class, she was unable to stay in Virabhadrasana I (Warrior 1 pose). She started practising yoga regularly and on one occasion during a shavasana, she heard a clear "thank you" from her mind. It sounded like her inner self saying “thank you” to her, which made her determined to become a yoga teacher and to help more people. 

Corinna studied under Universal Yoga Founder Andrey Lappa in 2019 and 2021, which presented her with a comprehensive understanding of yoga – that scientific and efficient practice is the foundation of development; that yoga is not just a physical exercise but rather the wisdom of life and learning to get along with yourself, with the surrounding environment, as well as learning to be grateful for what you encounter and who you are. 

In Corinna’s class, you will learn the skills of basic poses and how to prepare for advanced poses. The focus is on laying a solid foundation. She will be happiest to see students discover greater awareness in various parts of their body during practice. From basic to advanced, from outside to inside – this is the yoga she experiences and the yoga she expects to share.
